Hi, I’m Katy Murray, women’s leadership coach, EDIB consultant and facilitator, speaker, and author of Change Makers a Woman’s Guide to Stepping Up without Burning Out. I’ve coached 1000s of leaders, across 35 countries, over 25 years, and I’m the host and convenor of Change Makers Collective.
I’m passionate about supporting smart ambitious women, like you, to flourish in your leadership - whilst also centering your own well-being. I know that sounds nearly impossible right? 43% of us are experiencing burnout, and that’s up at 66% if we’re also parents. So I see you, and I know that life and work are a LOT atm.
Change Makers Collective is a safe and brave recharge space, with regular bitesize virtual sessions with me, and alongside other like-minded awesome women, to top up your batteries, elevate your thinking and supercharge your change making leadership and resilience.
Inside the Collective we support each other to detox from toxic productivity and ‘always on’ culture. We integrate healthy habits that support us to achieve our goals while also feeling good, boosting our energy and maximising our joy.
